Terms of Service

These terms form the contract between you and BEGGI when you shop with us. Please read them — they're written to be understood.

1. Agreement

By accessing beggi.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. Where you purchase as a consumer (not for business use), you also have statutory rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product images, colours, and descriptions are provided for guidance and may differ slightly from the physical product due to photography, screen calibration, and material variation. We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately.

Limited edition and drop releases may be subject to purchase limits per customer to ensure fair access. Attempts to circumvent purchase limits may result in order cancellation.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.

Prices may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you place the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing.

For international orders, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. These are beyond our control.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept this offer when we send an order confirmation email and charge your payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

—The product is out of stock.
—There is a pricing error.
—We detect suspected fraud or abuse.
—We cannot verify your payment.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed — they represent typical transit times and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Delivery estimates

—Domestic (origin country): 2–4 business days.
—Europe: 3–7 business days.
—USA & Canada: 5–10 business days.
—Rest of World: 7–14 business days.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first, then our support team.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Conditions for return

—Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
—Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
—Earrings and items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
—Sale items: eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return process

—Initiate a return via support@beggi.com with your order number.
—We will provide a return authorisation and address.
—Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
—Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
—Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and a full refund or replacement at no cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on beggi.com — including the BEGGI name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and code — is the exclusive property of BEGGI and protected by copyright, trademark, and design laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any BEGGI content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a BEGGI product does not grant any licence to the associated intellectual property beyond personal, non-commercial use.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@beggi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEGGI's liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of beggi.com is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in BEGGI's country of establishment. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on our site at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of BEGGI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
